AI Driving Licence
Welcome to the training "AI Driving Licence" – your guide to the working life of the future!
0/1
Part A – The Basics and Responsibility
Here we lay the theoretical foundation. We explain in detail what generative AI actually is and how it can elevate your productivity. We also look at the indispensable traffic rules – from information security and copyright to the EU AI Act – so that you can navigate safely and legally.

Part B – AI in Practice
In this part, we open the bonnet. We explain how the technology works in an understandable way, compare the major AI assistants, and teach you how to mentally and practically implement AI in your daily processes, with your critical thinking as a compass.

Part C – Prompts
Here we put our hands on the steering wheel. We dive deep into the craft of communicating with the machine, so-called ”prompting”. You will receive proven frameworks for text, methods for analysing complex documents multimodally, and techniques for directing fantastic AI images.

Summary of Part C – Prompts

Here is a short repetition and summary of Part C

  • The Art of Prompting: Prompting is fundamentally the new way to programme computers using your mother tongue. Precise instructions are essential, as vague inputs lead to poor, generic results—a principle often referred to as “garbage in, garbage out”.

  • 6 Steps to the Perfect Prompt: When tackling tasks, you should build your prompts using a clear framework by defining the AI’s Role, the specific Task, the Context (why and for whom), the desired Format, the Tone, and any Limitations.

  • Creating Images with AI: Generating images requires a highly visual mindset. For the best results, you must clearly describe the Main Subject, the Environment, the Lighting, the Style or Medium, and the Camera Angle.

  • Working Multimodally: Modern AI assistants can process more than just text. You can upload messy Excel data for rapid analysis, photograph hand-drawn whiteboard sketches to convert them into digital lists, or upload massive PDF documents to “chat” directly with the text.

  • Next-Level Prompting:

    • Few-shot prompting (Leading by Example): Providing the AI with examples of your previous work so it can perfectly mimic your specific tone or corporate culture.

    • Chain of Thought (Thinking step-by-step): Adding phrases like “think step-by-step” to force the AI to break down its reasoning, which drastically reduces the risk of “hallucinations” and errors in complex logical tasks.
