We are currently in the midst of one of history’s absolute greatest technological shifts. Generative artificial intelligence is no longer a vague future concept for tech enthusiasts, but a powerful and easily accessible tool that is already redrawing the map of how we work. Whether you operate within the competitive business world with constant demands for innovation, or within the public sector with a focus on legal certainty, efficiency, and citizen service, AI will develop into your most important digital colleague.

The purpose of this training is crystal clear: it aims to create understanding, spark curiosity, and provide you with concrete tools to get started with generative AI – in a safe, responsible, and business-integrated manner.   • PART C – Prompts: Here we put our hands on the steering wheel. We dive deep into the craft of communicating with the machine, so-called “prompting”. You will receive proven frameworks for text, methods for analysing complex documents multimodally, and techniques for directing fantastic AI images.

An important note before we start: AI is a field undergoing extremely rapid and constant development. New models, functions, and rules are launched at a breakneck pace, which means that certain technical details in the content may be updated and change over time.
